On behalf of the Program Committee and the organizers of SibFU Honors College we are happy to announce that the II International Honors College Conference. Krasnoyarsk 2020 took place online on November 27-28, 2020.

The objective of the conference was to discuss goals, challenges and results of developing talents by honors programs in universities worldwide in 2020 and to enhance international partnership in developing Honors Programs and Honors Colleges in universities of Russian Federation and worldwide.
